Presented RFP response to the client to secure the work. Talked through options for technical specs, including using the Aspen API data for their events. Translated technical specifications into discreet JIRA tasks. Used JIRA status workflows to monitor and plan out weekly tasks for the engineering team.
Developed API Integration plan
I worked with our backend engineers to come up with a plan on how to integrate the Aspen API data smoothly into the website. This included schedules for the conferences, detail page for sessions and integrating brightcove for video.
