As Engineering Director worked on the RFP Bid and Technical Design for the museum's website
Worked on the RFP process to help bring the work into area17. This involved creating technical specification documentation with budget attached to the work needed. I created a Technical Design plan showing what technology we would be using both on the Backend and the frontend.
Led a team of Engineers
Worked with a team of both Front End and Backend Engineers to bring this product to fruition. Attended meetings with designers and user experience, to help refine the work so that it could be built efficiently by the tech team.
Maintained a JIRA board of tasks for the engineers to complete and worked with them to prioritize and map out milestones for when the work would be complete.
